Biography
Ibrar Ahmed qualified from Bradford university in 2007. After doing the usual stint as a locum pharmacy and completing the independent prescriber qualification, specialising in dermatology, took up a job with Leeds S&E CCG as a primary care pharmacist.
Further education and clinical training followed at the university of Leeds and since 2011 he has been working as an advanced practitioner within a GP surgery running acute clinics as well as dermatology review clinics.
Currently Ibrar is also senior GPPTP pharmacist and is responsible for a team of 8 pharmacists across 5 practices.
What little spare time there is, it is dedicated to family and a variety of literature and sport.
